Clyde (Corkey) L. Maddox, 86, a native Savannian, passed away May 20, 2016 at his residence under the care of Hospice Savannah.
Mr. Maddox served in the US Air Force as a Chief Master Sgt. (ret.) and Air National Guard.
He is preceded in death by Margaret (Billie) Gaskins Maddox.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years Carol Jarriel Maddox, his daughters: Carolyn (Tracy) Maddox Hildenbrand , Bari (Larry) Maddox Moore , Shirley (Eric) Jarriel Willems, and Susan (Allen) Jarriel Upchurch, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Tuesday May 24, 2016 at Garden City United Methodist Church.
Memorial Service: 12:00 p.m. Tuesday May 24, 2016 at Garden City United Methodist Church. Burial will be private.
Memorial Contributions: In lieu of flowers the family requested contributions are made to Garden City United Methodist Church or Hospice Savannah.
