Claudia Jo Sledge Ward, 63, of Guyton died Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family and under the care of Spanish Oaks Hospice.
Jo was a member of Living Faith Church of God. She loved her family and her dogs and enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, shopping and crocheting.
Survivors include her husband Jack L. Ward, Sr.; children, Tracy Todd Barnes (Brian), Miranda Ward, Manning Lamar "Bear" Hall, Jack L. Ward, Jr.; 6 grandchildren, Taylor Howe, Brianna Barnes, Jo-Ell Barnes, Amber Hall, Jordan Hall, Ava Hall; and her dogs, Buford, Jessie and Mo.
A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m., Thursday, May 25, 2017 in the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
