Clarence "Randy" Osborne Riggin Jr

Clarence Osborne Riggin Jr. "Randy" , 67, of Guyton, Georgia passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.
He was born in Richmond, Virginia, son of Clarence Osborne Riggin, Sr. and Jean Armstead Dunn O'Hare.
Randy was an honorably discharged U.S. Army Warrant Officer, Airborne Certified, having served his country from 1978 to 1986. He was a retired Senior Certified Electronics Technician, Amateur Radio Operator and FAA Certified Remote Pilot.
Randy enjoyed riding his Harley, flying his drone, camping, rock climbing, hiking, grilling and cooking, but most of all spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his loving wife of 19 years, Stephanie and their 7-year- old daughter, Celia; a daughter, Jennifer (Nemecio) Ramirez; grandchildren, Maxine and Sadie; two brothers, Glenn and Peele Dunn; a sister, Susan Riggin; multiple nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, October 27, 2023 at the Funeral Home.
