Christine Mattox Liscio, 77, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2016. She was born in Savannah, and was retired from St. Joseph Hospital and Chatham Dress Factory. She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini. She is preceded in death by her parents Dexter and Catherine Mattox, her siblings Robert Mattox, Rosemary Harrelson, Viola Knowles, Bessie Mattox, Lorianne Cook, and Jean Hammock. She is survived by her son Michael Liscio from Guyton, a daughter Anna Balph (Scott Balph) from Pooler, a brother and sister Billy Mattox and Betty Mattox from Eden, 3 grandsons Anthony Bowers (Holly Bowers) from Pooler, Danny Razook (Angela Razook) from Guyton, and Jason Razook from Sylvania, a granddaughter Julie Morris (Chris Morris) from Clyo, 7 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Chris as her friends and family called her was a loving mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend. After retirement she volunteered for several years serving Meals on Wheels in Pooler and Bloomingdale area.
Visitation will be held at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel July 6, 2016 from 5 pm to 7pm with a 6pm Rosary.
Funeral Service will be held at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel July 7, 2016 at 10:30 am. Following interment will be held at Gravel Hill.
