Charles "Dusty" Dustin Carter, Sr., 43, of Faulkville passed suddenly at his home.
A native of Effingham County, Georgia, Dusty was the son of the late Charles "Charlie" Carter and Gail Hodges.
Dusty was an Electrician. He loved the outdoors especially fishing and hunting, he enjoyed looking for antique bottles and tinkering with lawnmowers and automobiles.
He is survived by his wife, Brandi Stokes Carter; 3 children, Erika Mock (Travis), Charles "Dustin" Carter, Jr. and James Paul Carter; grandchildren, Kori, Riley and Ashton Mock; his mother, Gail H. Rempel; 2 sisters, Rhonda Newell, Kim Exley; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
There will be a gathering from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 16, 2017 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home with a service beginning at 7: 00 p.m. in the Chapel with Rev. Kenny Harrelson officiating.
