Cecilene J. Litchfield Kelley, 83, of Tybee Island, passed away Friday, July 28th, at Memorial Hospital. .

She was born in Wrightsville, GA on June 28, 1934, daughter of the late Cecil Jackson and Ruby Boatwright  Jackson .

Cecilene was a member of Chapel by the Sea and the Agape Sunday School Class, Tybee Island. She was a past member of the Pooler First Baptist Church and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. She and her husband were members of the Coastal SAM's # 27.

She worked for many years for Daniels Accounting Service.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Charlotte Kelley.

Survivors include her husband, H. Frank Kelley; daughters, Debra L. Stark and her husband, Terry L. Stark, Sr., Michelle Y. Peterson and her husband, James D. Peterson, Jr.; step-children, Janice K. English, Henry Frank Kelley, Jr. and his wife Marlene Kelley, Melinda L. Horton and her husband, Ezra Paul Horton; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren; thirteen step - great- grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

The family will receive friends, Tuesday, August 1, from 10:00am - 11:00am, at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 at 11:00am following the visitation in the funeral home chapel conducted by Pastors, Jim Simpson and David Laughner. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
