Carrie McCorkle Adams, 84 , of Savannah passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at The Social at Savannah .
A native of Sylvania, she was the daughter of Thomas Hilton McCorkle and Carrie Roundtree McCorkle.
Mrs. Adams proudly and faithfully served 26 years in the Salvation Army on Bee Road.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, David Allen Brown.
Surviving are a son, Howard P. Brown (Sonia); granddaughters, Mandy and Cassie Brown; nephew and caretaker, Tommy McCorkle (Sherry); and a number of other nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 10 from 10am-11am at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, June 10 at 11am in the Chapel of the funeral home with Major Paul Egan officiating.
