Carolyn Tuten Williamson age 88 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, July 29,2016 at the home of her daughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Neila Tuten, her husband Elmer Williamson, her son Terry Williamson, Granddaughter Shelley Williamson and daughter, and nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Joan Lawhon, son Gregory Williamson, a sister Mary Tuten Ennis, of Garden City 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grand children, 6 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Carolyn was born in Ridgeland, SC on December 8,1927 and moved to Savannah as a child. She resided in Port Wentworth,Ga since 1954. She was a faithful member of Living Faith Church of God in Guyton, Ga formally known as Garden City Church of God since 1960.
Visitation: 5 - 8 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2016 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Garden City Chapel.
Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Living Faith Church of God, with Rev. Shaun Faircloth and Rev. David Wainright, officiating.
Interment: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
