Carlie Brianna Morrison

Carlie Brianna Morrison, age 28, of Savannah passed away on July 28, 2024.

Carlie was born on August 8, 1995 in Savannah, Georgia. Carlie attended Windsor Forest Elementary and High School. She worked for her family business on The Tybee Island Pier from her early teenage years until her mid twenties. She enjoyed pursing her passion for cosmetology. She often experimented on her younger sisters.

Carlie loved her family fiercely and they loved her equally. She had a quick whit and always provided much laughter and entertainment to all those who loved her. However, Carlie's greatest accomplishment was being Matthews mother. She loved her son very much.

Carlie is survived by her son, Matthew Adams of Savannah, Georgia; mother, Amber Morrison (Bryan) of Pooler, Georgia; grandmother, Hazel Thigpen of Savannah, Georgia; fiancé, Raymond Adams of Savannah, Georgia; father, Carl "Dean" Morrison(Tiffany), Jr. of Tybee Island, Georgia; sisters, Anslie & Blakeleigh Odom, both of Pooler, Georgia; stepsister, Bree Stayton of Savannah, Georgia; uncles, Todd Morrison (Heather) of Wilmington Island, Georgia and Richard Thigpen (Loren) of Savannah, Georgia; cousins, Austin Fort of Tybee Island, Georgia, Bradley Slayer of Savannah, Georgia, Alexa Morrison and Ella Morrison, both of Wilmington Island, Georgia; and her best friend, Kayla Howard Oxford (David) of Savannah, Georgia.

Carlie was preceded in death by her grandfathers, David Thigpen of Savannah, Georgia, Carl Dean Morrison, Sr.; grandmother, Myrtice Morrison of Tybee Island, Georgia; and aunt, Kimberly Morrison of Savannah, Georgia.

A memorial service will be held at Baker McCullough Funeral Home at 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11:00 am. Prior to the service, a visitation will take place from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
