Camellia Henry

Camellia Parrish Henry, age 78, of Savannah, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024. She was born on Sunday, March 3rd, 1946 in Savannah, GA to Ezon and Zola Wilson Parrish.

Camellia was a devoted homemaker and loving mother to her children Doris Lee Wahl (Eric) and Thomas Lee Henry, Jr. She was also a cherished grandmother to Eric "JR" Wahl, Jr. (Taylor), Tyler John Wahl (Jennifer), Hannah Lee Wahl Klingensmith (Jayson), Dylan Henry, Jason Henry (Jerzie), and Josh Ubele (Kay-Lyn). Camellia was blessed with great grandchildren Haiden Fudge, Garrett Wahl, Jenna Wahl, Levi Klingensmith, and Evy Ubele. She is also survived by her sisters Sharon Perry, Angela Foster and Patty Denny, along with several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 55 years, Thomas Lee Henry, as well as her siblings Randy Parrish, Shelvy Smith, Janice Griffin, Lavon Rose, and Sandra Vickers.

Camellia was a faithful Baptist who enjoyed her chickens, fishing, cooking, and sewing. Her kind spirit and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel in Garden City, Georgia on Friday, July 19th, 2024 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
