Bonnie Carroll "BC" Spell, 86, of Savannah died Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro, GA.
Carroll was a US Army Veteran having served in the 82nd Airborne; he was a Welder for the Boilermakers Union Local 26. He had a passion for Digging Antique Bottles; he was the man to come to for any information on Antique Bottles.
Carroll was preceded in death by his parents, Collins and Eula Ginn Spell; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
He is survived by his children, John Spell (Wendy), Bennie Spell, Sophia Ludgate (Rob), Watson Spell (Melissa) and Shannon Spell; 3 sisters, Mary Alice Morris, Barbara Daniels, Ruth Fontenot; 19 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Greenwich Cemetery.
