Billy Lawton Baughn

Billy Lawton Baughn, 90, of Savannah passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Spanish Oaks Retreat.
Billy was born November 13, 1931 in Lynn, Alabama to the late Fred Lawton Baughn and the late Lela Baughn Tucker. He was a veteran of the United States Army retiring after 22 years of service and later worked for Builders Transport Inc. for many years.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Shirley Baughn; son, Fred Baughn; brother, Lowell Baughn (Sue Nell) of San Antonio, TX, sister, Fredda Deloach of Metter, GA, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A family graveside service will be held Monday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Savannah ( www.alz.org/donate ).
