SMSgt. Bill Clayton Causey, 78, of Savannah passed away Tuesday, April 5th, 2016 at Savannah Square.
He was born on May 29, 1937 in Glennville, Georgia.
Bill served his country in the United States Air Force as a mechanic, retiring after 26 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents Homer and Ila Mae Causey, his brothers Bob and Sam Causey and his sister, Janet Baker.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Josephine McGrath Causey, son, Robert Causey, and two daughters, Dawn Causey-Hall (Timothy) and Carol Corbett (Raymond,) and two grandchildren, Colin and Madeline Corbett.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, April 9, at Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 60 Beards Creek Church Road, Glennville, Georgia.
