Beverly Joyce Minchey

Beverly Joyce Minchey, 76, of Savannah, GA passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Candler Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.

A native of Savannah, Georgia, she was the daughter of Henry Marion Kilpatrick, Sr. and Joyce Kilpatrick.

Mrs. Minchey was educated in Chatham County schools and graduated from Jenkins High School. She was self-employed as a housekeeper for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, dancing, drawing, singing, traveling, and spending time on the beach before her health began failing. She loved to watch her soap operas and Hallmark movies. Her greatest loves were her grandbabies.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Embree C. Minchey, Sr. and son, Embree C. Minchey, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Monica McKinney, Christy Holland and Tim Milsaps (Tracy); daughter-in-law, Amber Minchey; grandchildren, Alex Caldwell, Chase Kirk, Haley Holland, Gage Minchey, Shelbey Price, Julian Minchey, Avery Minchey and Gunner Minchey; brother, Henry M Kilpatrick, Jr. (Beckie); nephew, Jason Kilpatrick; and numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 at 11am in the chapel of the funeral home.
