Betty Louise Taylor, age 76, died Tuesday Morning, March 9, 2010 in Savannah.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, March 12, 2010 in the Chapel of Bonaventure Funeral Home with Rev. George Barron Officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
Betty was born July 12, 1933 in Sylvania (Screven County) Ga., to the Late John Walter and Hattie Idell Leverette Taylor. She was a member of Little Horse Creek Baptist church and attended Coastal Cathedral. Betty was the owner and operator of Betty's Little Kitchen in Savannah from 1976 till 1990 and also owned Jasper's Restaurant in Hardeeville, SC from 1994 till 2006. She was preceded in death by her sons, Charles Ellis Doyle and Willie Doyle, III and 4 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Sandra D. Barron and husband Robert, Lori Ann Taylor, and a Grandson, Travis Bryson all of Savannah, 2 Brothers, Thomas J. Taylor and wife Barbara of Midway, Herbert Taylor and wife Audilee of Savannah. Several Nieces and Nephews also survives.
The family will be receiving friends Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 6-8pm at Bonaventure Funeral Home.
