Betty B. Blocker, 82, of Rincon, GA passed away Wednesday November 2, 2022 at her home.
Betty was a great mother who made sure everyone was taken care of before herself. She helped raise many kids and was always a giving person. She enjoyed playing pool, watching nascar, throwing darts, and drag racing with her brothers in her earlier years. She retired from Georgia Regional Hospital having worked there for over 26 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Ruebena Barlow Browning; husband of 44 years, Robert D. Blocker; and 2 brothers, Robert Lee Browning and Walter Joe Browning; son, Robert "Bubba" D. Blocker Jr.
Betty is survived by her 2 daughters, Bobbie Farr (Robert) and Bonnie Bruce (Dee); a brother, Ernest Lee Browing, Jr. (Brenda); sisters-in-law, Sandra Browning and Merlene Browning; 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family will have a Private Service at a later night.
Services have been entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
