Benton Woodrow Williams

Benton W. Williams, 77, of Richmond Hill, Georgia died peacefully at Riverview Health & Rehab Center on April 15, 2021.

He was a member of Coastal Cathedral Church of God, a member of International Boiler Maker and Blacksmith Union Local 26, and retired from Delta Metals. He worked at Savannah Shipyard, Metal Equipment, Diamond Construction and Romines Inc.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Woodrow and Dorothy Williams, brother, Dean Williams, sister, Drusilla Williams, daughter, Donna Carter and son, Stephen Williams.

He is survived by sons, David Williams of Savannah, Georgia, Brian Williams of Richmond Hill, Georgia, Benton S. Williams of Hampton, South Carolina, daughter, Tonia Williams of Savannah, Georgia, 9 grandchildren, 14, great-grandchildren, brother, Robin Williams of Rincon, Georgia, sisters, Judy Cook of Metter, Georgia, Nancy Lanier of Savannah, Georgia, Marcia Herrera of Brunswick, Georgia and Mary Williams of Savannah, Georgia.

A Graveside Service will be held Private.
