Awslon Wesley Allen, 55, of Guyton, Ga., died Apr 2, 2017 at Effingham County Hospital.
He was born in Macon, Ga., and was raised in Savannah for 40 years, and for the last 10 years, he resided in Guyton, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his father, Awslon Wesley Allen, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Bertha Davis Allen, of Guyton, Ga; sister, Edith Allen Shaw, Guyton, Ga; Brother, Kenneth Allen (Carmen) of Bloomingdale, Ga; 2 nephews, James Shaw of Guyton, Ga., and Josh Allen of Rincon, Ga;' 2 nieces, Katherine Shaw of Guyton, Ga., and Amanda Strong of Bloomingdale, Ga.
The family would like to give special thanks to our extended family whose love and devotion to Little Wesley will never be forgotten, Eddie Ashley, Tonya Brunson, Natosha Johnson, Teresa Ashley, Marasol, Dr. Dolor of Memorial Medical Associates.
Visitation: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Thursday at Baker McCullough Funeral Home.
Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Thursday in the Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Garden City Chapel, with Rev. John Fender, of First Presbyterian Church in Pooler, Ga., officiating.
Interment will follow in Trail Branch Primitive Baptist Church in Cochran, Ga., at 2 p.m. Thursday.
