Aurrie Belle Wright, age 82, of Savannah, Georgia passed away on April 19, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter Blanche Eden-Gnann (Rick Gnann), son Billy Wright, daughter in law Ann Marie Tarver (Dan), grandchildren - Michael Eden, Billy and Ashley Wright, Abbie Jackson and great-grandson Landon Eden.
Aurrie Belle was preceded in death by her one and only true love - husband William L. Wright, her father Alvin A. Lancaster, her two brothers Larry and Clinton Murphy and grandson, Charlie Eden, whoare waiting on her in heaven.
She worked in the hospitality industry as an employee of Sheraton Savannah Resort & Country Club for almost 30 years. When she began there it was the Savannah Inn and Country Club. The Golf Club restaurant was named in her honor- Aurrie Belle's Café.
Visitation will be at Baker-McCullough Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 20th from 6 -8 pm. Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 12 noon at the funeral home chapel. She will be buried in Bonaventure Cemetery following the service.
Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Ogeechee Hospice in Statesboro
