Andrew Martin Collins

Andrew Martin Collins, 82, of Bloomingdale passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at his home.
A native of Collins, Georgia , he was the son of the late Alton Collins and Mary Effie Green Collins.
Martin was a Georgia Air National Guard Veteran, active member of First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale and was retired after 42 years from Union Camp Corporation/International Paper Company.
He was a Eagle Scout and later became the Scout Master. He loved the outdoors especially camping, traveling, boating and riding motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Geneva Elizabeth Long Collins and his parents.
Survivors include his daughter, Terri Elizabeth Collins, son, Andrew Michael Collins, Sr., 2 grandchildren, Andrew Michael Collins, Jr., Jessica Waldhour and several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
Funeral Service: will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale.
Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
