Alejandro Palafox Garcia

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Alejandro "Alex" Palafox Garcia, who left us on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the age of 35. Born in Chetumal, Mexico, on Saturday, February 24, 1990, Alex had made Pooler, GA his home.

Alex was a passionate and skilled carpenter fabricator at La Bastille Metal Works. He took immense pride in his work, crafting beauty and functionality with his hands. Beyond his professional life, Alex enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, indulging in games of soccer, playing darts, and corn hole. He was also fond of traveling, always eager to explore new places and cultures.

Alex was a dedicated family man, known for his generous spirit and love for his family and friends. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Jammie Garcia, and his cherished children, Lilliana and Alex, Jr. His memory will forever be held in the hearts of his parents, Joel Palafox Arroyo and Esther Garcia Rodriguez, and his siblings, Abundio, Roberta, Josefina, and Adolfo Palafox Garcia. Alex also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and a large extended family, as well as many friends who were like family to him.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation held on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel, Garden City, Georgia. Following the visitation, a funeral service to celebrate Alex’s life will be held at 11:00 am at the same location with burial following at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
